Despite CITY leading with 18 shots, with five of those on goal, against Colorado’s two shots with no shots on goal, CITY wasn’t able to make the ball hit the net in front of the home crowd.
During the second half of the match, CITY fans got to see one of CITY’s newest players in action. Alfredo Morales, whose signing was announced on Friday, entered the match in minute 69.

“Really tough games coming up,” CITY’s head coach Olof Mellberg said to the press after the match. “We need to improve in all areas. Even though it was a really solid defending performance, we can improve there, as well.”
CITY will hit the pitch again on March 1 against San Diego at Snapdragon Stadium. The match will start at 9:30 p.m.
