ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - The United Football League announced Monday that seven St. Louis Battlehawks players have been named to the 2025 All-UFL team.
The Battlehawks tied with the DC Defenders for the most players on the team.
The All-UFL Team was selected by a panel of league and team executives, coaches and players from all eight teams and broadcast partners.
The 2025 All-UFL Team:
Offense
- Quarterback: Bryce Perkins, Michigan Panthers
- Running Back: Jashaun Corbin, San Antonio Brahmas; Jacob Saylors, St. Louis Battlehawks.
- Wide Receiver: Deon Cain, Birmingham Stallions; Chris Rowland, DC Defenders; Tyler Vaughns, Arlington Renegades.
- Tight End: Sal Cannella, Arlington Renegades; Gunnar Oakes, Michigan Panthers.
- Offensive Guard: Cohl Cabral, Michigan Panthers; Steven Gonzalez, St. Louis Battlehawks.
- Center: Mike Panasiuk, St. Louis Battlehawks
- Offensive Tackle: Yasir Durant, DC Defenders; Ryan Nelson, Michigan Panthers.

Battlehawks Reps
Running back Jacob Saylors led a powerful Battlehawks rushing offense with just under 500 total yards on 113 attempts this year. He averaged 55 yards per game and scored a total of five touchdowns. He joins offensive guard Steven Gonzalez and center Mike Panasiuk as St. Louis’s three members of the All-UFL team’s offense.

Edge rusher Pita Taumoepenu and linebacker Willie Harvey represented St. Louis in the all-defensive squad.
Harvey led the team in solo tackles (33) and was third in assist tackles (25). He also had an interception that resulted in a 56-yard return for a touchdown in April.
Taumoepenu was top-10 on the squad in solo, assisted, and total tackles. He leads the team in total forced fumbles and fumble recoveries, and is the only Battlehawk to record over five sacks.

Finally, kicker Rodrigo Blankenship and long snapper Alexander Matheson represent St. Louis in special teams. Blankenship tallied a total of 1,329 yards and averaged 64.5 yards per kick. He also converted 21 of his 22 field goal attempts, going a perfect 16 for 16 from 49 yards and below.

The XFL Conference Championship will kick off at 5 p.m. at The Dome at America’s Center, with the St. Louis Battlehawks hosting the DC Defenders. The winner of that game will face the USFL Conference Championship Game winner, between the Birmingham Stallions and the Michigan Panthers, in the UFL Championship.
