ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The St. Louis Cardinals announced its 2026 regular season schedule Tuesday.
The season opener is scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026 against the Tampa Bay Rays as part of a six-game homestand. This marks the third time the club will open the season against an American League team.
That matchup will be followed by a three-game series against the New York Mets from March 30 to April 1. Then they will have its first road game against the Detroit Tigers on April 3 and the Washington Nationals on April 6.
The Cards will face the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sept. 22 and the Milwaukee Brewers on Sept. 25 to conclude the regular season.
