CORALVILLE, Ia. (KFVS) - The bracket is set in stone for the Missouri Valley Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament.
Sunday saw regular season action wrap in The Valley, with several teams competing for positioning in the upcoming conference tournament.
Among those playing, Southern Illinois wrapped up its season with a 75-69 win at Evansville. With the victory, Southern Illinois locked in its spot as the 8-seed in the MVC Tournament, with Indiana State jumping Evansville to the 9-seed.

Murray State wrapped up the regular season championship and the 1-seed a while ago, with Rechelle Turner’s Racers looking to win a second-straight conference tournament and make a second consecutive trip to March Madness.
This year’s Racers team finished even better than last year’s in the regular season, improving from 16-4 in ‘24-’25, to 19-1 this season.

They’ll start play in the quarterfinals, facing the winner of Indiana State/Southern Illinois.
Southern Illinois defeated Indiana State in the regular season at home, but lost to the Sycamores on the road in February.
Thursday’s matchup is the first of the entire tournament, with tipoff set for 3:30 p.m. Central Daylight Time.
This year’s tournament will be held at Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa. All games will air live on ESPN+, except for the championship game on Sunday, which will air on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.
