ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - St. Louis Cardinals top prospect JJ Wetherholt has made the Opening Day roster.

The team made the announcement via X on Monday afternoon.

The 23-year-old posted a .240 batting average, two home runs and seven RBIs in Spring Training.
