Blues’ Jimmy Snuggerud named NHL Rookie of the Month

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - For the first time since 2019, a St. Louis Blues player has been named NHL Rookie of the Month!

The Blues announced on social media Wednesday that Forward Jimmy Snuggerud was named Rookie of the Month.

He is the first Blue to earn the award since Jordan Binnington in 2019. The last Blues skater to win the award was Vladimir Tarasenko.

‘Snuggy’ recorded seven goals and 15 points in March, helping the Blues earn a 10-2-2 record for the month.
