KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The NFL’s first ‘Monday Night Football’ game of the season will feature the Denver Broncos against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sept. 14, the team announced Tuesday morning.
Tuesday afternoon, the NFL and Chiefs announced that the game will be played at Arrowhead Stadium, kicking off the NFL season at home for the first time since 2024. The complete 2026 NFL schedule is set to be announced May 14 at 7 p.m. CST.

The league is scheduled to reveal a record nine international games on May 13 at 8 a.m. CST.
The games will be played across four continents, seven countries, and eight stadiums, including matchups in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Wembley Stadium.
Other games are set for locations such as Mexico City, with the league also planning a first regular-season game in Australia.

The NFL has also confirmed a Week 3 international matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Sept. 27.
Chiefs single-game tickets are scheduled to go on sale Friday.
