ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The St. Louis Cardinals are hosting a reunion of the 2006 World Series Championship team 20 years after their win, the Cardinals announced Thursday.
The reunion will be held on Friday, September 11 at Busch Stadium. More than 30 former players and coaches will join, including Tony La Russa, Scott Rolen, Chris Carpenter, Jim Edmonds, Jason Isringhausen, Yadier Molina, José Oquendo and Albert Pujols.
The former players and coaches will join in the Ford Truck motorcade at 6:30 p.m. before the Cardinals play the White Sox at 7:15 p.m.
Additionally, 15,000 fans above the age of 13 will get a 2006 World Series shirt, and costs will be $5 for draft beers, $5 for grilled hot dogs and $7 for margaritas on the rocks.
