ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - Former SLU star basketball player Robbie Avila is reportedly looking to return to college ball.
According to multiple reports, Avila, who recently played on the Los Angeles Lakers’ Summer League team, has asked a MO judge to allow him to return to college for a fifth season.
He recently filed a lawsuit to rejoin the Billikens after getting little playing time in the NBA Summer League.

If his request is granted, SLU would also need to be allowed to expand its roster to make room for the 6-foot-10 center.
