KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Chiefs will be without left tackle Josh Simmons for the fourth game in a row, the team announced Friday.
Simmons, who head coach Andy Reid said Wednesday is dealing with a bulging disc in his back, was ruled out for Sunday’s undefeated matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders.
The second-year pro out of Ohio State has not participated in practice for Kansas City since Aug. 18, due to the injury.
He is the only member of the Chiefs’ active roster who has already been ruled out for Sunday’s game, which kicks off at 3:25 p.m. CT and can be seen live in the Kansas City area on KCTV5.
Safety Chamarri Conner could return on Sunday, Reid and the Chiefs said this week. Conner has participated in practices all week long as he recovers from a knee injury that sidelined him from Kansas City’s first three games.

Conner was listed as a full participant in Friday’s practice as well.
Veteran cornerback L’Jarius Sneed was also a full participant in practice after being limited earlier in the week for a knee injury.
The Raiders announced Friday they’ll be without starting right guard Jackson Powers-Johnson as he deals with a groin injury that caused him to miss all three days of practice this week.
