ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - Mizzou kicker Blake Craig earned Southeastern Conference Special Teams Player of the Week honors following the Tigers’ dominant 34-10 win at Arkansas!
On a rainy Saturday night in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Craig drilled a 53-yard field goal (his fifth from 50-plus this season) along with a 31-yarder.
The 53-yarder marked the 12th of his career, bringing him one shy of Harrison Mevis’ program record of 13 field goals of 50-plus yards.
He currently leads the SEC in field goals per game this season (1.64) and ranks 13th nationally.
