ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - CBC alum and Arizona Cardinals rookie running back Jeremiyah Love is headed to injured reserve with a new high-ankle injury and is expected to miss 4 to 5 weeks, according to league sources.
Love, who had just returned after missing two games with a left ankle issue, re-injured his right ankle during Sunday’s 33-30 victory over the Cowboys.
He has rushed for 268 yards and one touchdown over six games during his injury-plagued rookie campaign.
