Mizzou player spotlight: Drake Heismeyer

STARKVILLE, Miss. (Matrix Midwest) - Drake Heismeyer is a center for the Mizzou Tigers.

Originally from the St. Louis area, Heismeyer is a redshirt senior and played a majority of his time at Mizzou on special teams.

Recently after an injury, Heismeyer got his chance to start at center for the Tigers. He’s played more than 45 games for Mizzou on special teams.

Matrix Midwest’s Jacob Cersosimo spoke with Drake Heismeyer ahead of Mizzou’s game against Mississippi State.
