CBC shines bright on senior night with 55-0 win over Vianney

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - The Cadets ended senior night with a 55-0 win over Vianney Friday night.
Nick McCllelan started the game connecting to senior Corde Gage back-to-back to keep the Cadets at arms reach. McClellan also ran one in to give the Cadets a 21-0 lead with three seconds left in the first quarter.
Senior running back had his time to shine in the second quarter, bulldozing his way in to the endzone to extend the lead. McClellan spreads some love to receiver Vincent Sargent as well.
With a lot of time left in the half, head coach Scott Pengal decided to give junior Weston Gannon a chance to shine at quarterback. The six-foot-one junior evaded numerous defenders to obtain his first touchdown of the season.
To kick the second half off, junior running back Caden Shea ran 65 yards to give the Cadets a 49-0 lead. Junior running back Landon Neumann also earned his first touchdown of the season with a five yard run.
The Cadets advance to 7-0. They will go on the road to face off against SLUH on Friday, Oct. 17.
