CBC completes undefeated regular season with dominant win against St. Mary’s

CBC completed its first undefeated regular season in 10 years after rolling past St. Mary’s 56-9 Friday night.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (Matrix Midwest) - CBC completed its first undefeated regular season in 10 years after rolling past St. Mary’s 56-9 Friday night.

The Cadets started the game on fire, scoring four touchdowns in the first quarter.

With a 28-0 lead going into the second, the Cadets continued to dominate, scoring three more times to give themselves a 49-3 lead at the half.

Courtney Rivers and Corde Gage each scored twice in the first half.

In the third quarter, St. Mary’s finally found the endzone with a pick six to make it 49-9.

After CBC’s Caden Shea scored his second touchdown of the game, the Cadets took a 56-9 lead, which ended up being the final.

CBC finished the regular season 9-0 - their first undefeated regular season since 2015.

Next week, the Cadets will have a bye before heading into the 2025 playoffs.
