Former St. Louis Blues player dies at 69

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Former St. Louis Blues player Guy Chouinard died on Sunday at the age of 69.

Chouinard played for 10 seasons in the NHL, including 64 games for the Blues during the 1983-84 season.

According to the NHL, when Chouinard retired from playing, he coached for 16 seasons in the QMJHL. He was inducted into the QMHL Hall of Fame in 2025.
